LICENSE AGREEMENT

 

This license agreement applies to all products sold on samplesuperstore.com or given away to as ‘free’ via digital download.

 

All Content remains the property of Sample Superstore and you are purchasing a license to use the products, royalty free in your productions.  You can commercially release tracks or other pieces of music using the samples and sounds or midi data purchased through samplesuperstore.com

 

This non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted only to the individual end user who has purchased the product through our online store.   The products should not be shared, or given away to other people, or uploaded anywhere for other to download or resale.  

 

The products and samples sold on samplesuperstore.com are for use only by the person buying the product.

 

samplesuperstore.com cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from the use of this product in whatever form.
